1. Desertfest uses Ticketmatic software to sell tickets.

2. Only tickets purchased through official channels guarantee access.

3. The purchaser is considered the sole buyer and is responsible for payment.

4. Tickets are reserved temporarily and issued after correct payment.

5. Tickets are sent by email to the address provided.

6. Payments can be made by bank card, credit card or iDeal.

7. Tickets are non-refundable except in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

8. Cancelled events are automatically refunded.

9. Rescheduled events allow reuse or refund of tickets.

10. Refunds include booking fees.

11. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

12. Desertfest is not liable for force majeure situations.

13. Customers must provide accurate personal information.

14. These terms govern the entire contractual relationship.

During our events, photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes.
